Got a problem or challenge that is holding your shop back like an anchor?  I can help!

Here’s how I work:

Through InkSoft Professional Services, I have three rate plans available.  $150 for 1 hour, $300 for 3 hours, or $500 for 6 hours.  You simply prepay to the number of hours you feel works best for your shop.  Then, I’m on your payroll.  It is that simple.

From then on, you can call me or e-mail me with whatever challenge pops up and you need some assistance.  I can write blog articles for you, give you advice on hiring that new manager, discuss ways to improve your shop with efficiency tips, or just be that sounding board you need when that panic attack strikes about that big order that’s coming in.

Got a bigger project or need some in-shop help?  We can do that too.  For projects, we’ll work out the scope of work and I’ll give you a custom quote.  To get me out to your shop, we’ll discuss what you need and I can travel to your shop.  If it’s close, I’ll just be driving.  All costs are agreed upon upfront.

I keep meticulous track of time with an app called Toggl.

To get started just call me at (850) 445-3155 or e-mail me at marshall@inksoft.com and we can map out how I can help you best.  I will send you an invoice request, and once that’s paid I’m on the job.  Working for your shop.

Want to check my schedule?  Click Here and book a slot that works for you!  It shows in your time zone, and only available slots are visible.  A 15 minute call is free, but 30 minute or 60 minute coaching sessions are prepaid choices.

Also, don’t forget about the new production management tool that’s in development at InkSoft.  The Production Manager will be a standalone software that will make your shop run smoother, on-time, and with greater profitability.  There will be a host of metrics that you can use for analysis.  We’re getting started building it, and we’d love your input.  Click here and sign up to be on the update list, or shoot your thoughts on what you’d like to see in the software that makes sense for your shop.

I’m also deeply committed to these industry leadership groups.  Please support them.
